Q: How do I view pricing?
A: You must have an account with Alarm CCTV before you can view pricing on AlarmCCTV.com. Please fill out the New Account Application and fax it back to 1-510-751-0123. Once your account has been approved, you can request an online account to view pricing.

Q: How come I only see a limited amount of items on the website?
A: Only In-Stock items are carried on our website. For Special Orders and all other items, please visit the Manufacturer Price Lists page. The price lists available are MSRP pricelists. Please refer with your salesman for your specific dealer pricing.

Q: How do I submit an RMA?
A: First please download the RMA Request Form here. Please fax back the completed form to Alarm CCTV at 1-510-751-0123. An RMA number will be provided to you, which you will need to write on the outside of the shipping box.

No RMA will be accepted without a valid RMA Number written on the outside of the shipping box!
