Important RMA Procedures!
• All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
• Alarm CCTV Distribution Inc. is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
• Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
• Alarm CCTV Distribution Inc. is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
• After two (2) weeks all returns are subject to a 25% minimum restocking fee or more. Please refer to manufacturer’s restocking fee policy. All Special Orders are “absolutely Non-refundable and Non-returnable.”
• All returned merchandise must be shipped back to our address within 10 days from the date of RMA. All returned merchandise must be shipped back to our address with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the shipping box and not on the Product Box.
